New Years Eve Rodeo - Mogumber Outback Club

IT’S BACK IN 2023, BIGGER THAN EVER

Last year’s event was a sell out, so the Mogumber Outback Club volunteers have prepared an even bigger event this New Year’s Eve. The Mogumber Arena was built by our volunteers in 2022 and we look forward to presenting a first class event for competitors and spectators alike. Head to the bush and celebrate your New Years Eve outback style.

2023 RODEO PROGRAM

The MOC Campground opens at 12noon on the 31st December. Set up your camp and get yourself ready for an action packed evening. The MogumBAR opens at 2pm. Take in the country air and enjoy the afternoon’s entertainment. Browse the western wear stalls and grab a meal from the huge selection of food vendors. As the sun starts to set, the horses begin to warm up and the anticipation grows. The trills and spills of the Rodeo comes alive with the main rodeo event at 7pm. Then get ready to kick up some dust at 10pm as we dance, shindig and hoedown all the way to 2024.

Please be aware, there is no BYO Alcohol, No Dogs, No Glass & No Drones allowed at the event.

Program

Camping and Recovery Breakfast

Overnight paddock-style camping is included in your entry ticket. The MOC Campground opens at 12 noon on the 31st Dec and is open for 24 hours, closing at 12 noon on New Year’s Day. Due to the insurance restrictions at this private venue, there is no entry prior to 12noon 31st Dec. Portable toilets are onsite serviced by the team at Total Toilets. No showers, no power and no water is available onsite so please be prepared. No fires are allowed, no BYO alcohol, no glass. The campground is patrolled by security and features a family only zone. Campsites are allocated as you arrive, be sure to arrive together with your group of campers.

A recovery breakfast is available the next morning. The Mogumber Outback volunteers will cook you a bacon & egg burger or serve you a hot coffee. Menu & prices available at the event.
